The Randomness of the Year in Closeout!
It was a cool and brick night, as I sat in my car reflecting on the beauty of a MOMENT! Often times we sit back and wonder off into something that happen a few weeks ago, or invite someone that is not in attendance to the party throught text message. How many times do you find yourself on the phone when in the company of others? Think about that, why are we so unable to speak voice to voice, rather than text to text? Well I started thinking about all if this a few weeks back during the month of Novmeber. I would make a serious attempt at being the moment, focusing on what's happen now, instead of thinking maybe I can do this later or I should have done this/that different. I choose to be in the moment.. just in the moment well today that happen. No phone, battery passed sometime in the night, I left the charger on the dresser...and yet I enjoyed my day. I went to my neice third birthday party, where she collected more money and gifts than I have in 10 years...(sad for me) and I had the pleasure of sliding through muddy grass to split my legs and ankles in position foreign to them...yes, Lsdies and Gentlemen I fell walking down a muddy hill of grass. I laughed all the way up to the point of realizing I'd hurt myself. Hip and thigh bones are bruised, like someone has beaten me with a warm wet towel. Of Course I was supposed to laugh but, I didnt. I later thought that me not laughing, means that I still taking myself way to serious. Really, I mean Where they do that at?
